As Global Inventory Manager (GIM), you are responsible for securing global implementation of and compliance to the inventory strategies and principles in the end-to-end chain. For a number of Sales, Distribution and Production Entities, a Supply Chain person will connect to the GIM on various inventory management processes, such as preparing and submitting budget for the inventory, monthly projections of inventory, assisting on strong inventory processes and quarterly run of calculation of ABC/Segmentations etc.
You will report to the Director of Global Supply Chain Planning and Inventory Management, and the team will consist of 3 Global Inventory Managers. You will be based in the HQ in Brøndby, and you can expect around 15-50 travel days per year.

As the new Global Inventory Manager, you will be developing and maintaining the inventory strategies and principles, global implementation of inventory strategies and secure communication in the chain of this area.
Furthermore, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
A great communicator with strong analytic skills
As a person, you are structured, have great analytic skills, and have experience and passion for project management. You like to communicate with your many stakeholders on several levels, and you are great at planning and organizing. Furthermore, you thrive in Excel, and you take pride in keeping deadlines in a very busy environment. You master English both written and oral as our corporate language is English.
We imagine that as the ideal candidate, you have around 3-5 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain department, and you have a relevant education, such as Cand.Merc SCM or HD SCM or similar.

- Own the budget and projection process of the DCs inventories with a strong link to the S&OP process
- Ensuring full compliance of these strategies and principles in the chain
- Provide support and guidance to the Supply Chain employee responsible for complying to these concepts for the sales companies (NDCs)
- Support in the budget and projections of the NDCs inventories
- Facilitate continuously development of the knowledge of these concepts in the chain
- Secure a sustainable and productive relationship to the Sales, Distribution and Production Entities
