As part of the Global FP&A team, you will be a member of our extended Performance Analytics team. The Global team is escalating our capacity to develop a best-in-class performance measurement culture which partners and reaches all corners of the organization. You’ll be one of the pillars to sustain our team’s goals for the years to come, with plenty of learning and career growth opportunities globally. You’ll be part of a talented, energized and very diverse team that drives an ambitious transformation agenda.
We offer a role where you will get to use your hybrid skills, both with flair for Business Intelligence and a Business Partnering mindset, which combined will help you to understand the link between the different nodes in the organization and translate the information to performance tracking methods aiming at understanding how value and growth is created.
Make a great impact on the Global FP&A processes and tools
We will equip you with all you need to be great at your craft, and you’ll have a substantial role at democratizing analytics by driving, enabling, and supporting advanced analytics automation, taking to the next level our predictive capabilities, additionally, you will:
- Be a Subject Matter Expert on our Profitability Tool. You’ll maintain, provide training and support colleagues to unleash the full potential of profitability analytics across Nilfisk, globally.
- Create, improve, maintain, and document automatic analysis models of relevant aspects of the value chain, that will therefore anchor your predictive modelling outputs.
- Active participation at periods closing and planning cycles for key deliverables regarding revenue growth analysis, pricing performance, currency impact analysis, order book profitability, inventory, demand planning profitability, among others.
- Analyzing all facets of business performance (Revenue, Prices, Opex, Overhead) and related development of value drivers and KPIs
- Continually developing and optimizing the Global FP&A team processes, procedures, reports, etc.
- Leverage deep understanding of business objectives and issue root causes, providing insightful, fact-based analysis to help addressing the solution of complex problems.
Who are you?
We imagine that you are a true team player who thrives at cooperating across the organization, you are eager to become an expert in the system’s functionalities and are comfortable structuring models that translate complexity to simplicity in a transparent manner.
You are around or above the range of 2-6 years of working experience as within Analysis, Business Finance, Corporate Finance or Consultancy, and you challenge status quo while building your network and enthusiastically promote collaboration across the organization.
Numbers tells you half of the story and you are keen to investigate with your stakeholders the unbiased business narrative and you aren’t shy to articulate improvement suggestions.
You have a degree on Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Industrial Engineering, what matters the most is your personality, curiosity, desire to do good in constantly evolving environments which allow your true strengths to shine.
If you do not have skills in Alteryx Designer, SAP BI/SAP BEx, Excel and PowerBI already, you are keen to quickly learn, and we’ll train you to be the subject matter expert in the team and support you on your way to develop both personally and professionally within Nilfisk.
