Job Description
Your contribution to something big…
In our eCommerce team we are looking for an experienced eCommerce and digital specialist, who can combine a deep technical understanding with a commercial mindset.
The focus areas will be to keep growing our HC-CARGO eCommerce business and additionally, be part of implementing the new digital strategy for Automotive Aftermarket.
We plan for a start at our office in Esbjerg, Denmark. When you feel comfortable in our business, you will go to Karlsruhe, Germany, to gain more insight in our platforms. The time periods for working in the two locations are still to be defined.
Your Primary responsibilities will be:
- Governance of eCommerce related IT Architectures and systems (webshop, integration ERP, ePayment))
- Security assessments, like pentest, new developments according to Bosch standards.
- Link between Internal/external IT partners and user department
- Technical evaluation of new projects and ideas
- Provide technical consultancy to our eCommerce team
- Be part of implementing a new digital strategy for the Automotive Aftermarket across EU
- Project management and project work
- Monitoring of processes to ensure stability on webshops
- Performance measurements and implementation of measures
Qualifications

Here, a mindset of self-driven, outgoing, proactive and natural curiosity taking ownership over tasks can bring you far. Perhaps you are currently a software developer, who wants different challenges.
Furthermore, a good strategic and business understanding and willing to learn and strive to develop yourself, is what we are looking for.
Some hard skills, we imagine you to possess:
- IT architecture understanding
- Great IT technical skills
- Programming skills in .net or equivalent
- Experience in eCommerce
- Fluent in English is essential (both written and verbal)
And we are also interested in some soft skills:
- Cross functional collaboration
- Openness and trust
- Resilience
- Critical and analytic view
- Good communicator
Please also consider that Business trips will be also necessary sometimes.
