If YES - then seize the opportunity to become a Student Assistant with VIKING Life-Saving Equipment, joining our dedicated Global Planning Excellence team.
In your new role, you will use your numeracy and analytic skills as well as your structured and detail-oriented approach to support your colleagues in Global Planning Excellence. You will work closely with experienced professionals in a cross-organizational setup where you will be involved in a balanced mix of data-driven and analytics tasks and also development projects. Your main focus will be on excelling data discipline targeting automated and more lean processes throughout the VIKING’s service planning chain. Your role will be to bridge data between our IT applications (Service Now and Power BI) and convert operational data to performance measures, controlling cockpits and identify process improvements.
You will work around 20 hours a week (2-3 days) – with flexibility around exam periods.
We expect that you:
- Are currently studying your bachelors or master’s degree within the fields of business administration, business controlling or accounting and have at least 2 years left of your studies
- Master written English at a high level (professional, bilingual or native proficiency)
- Are a super-user of Excel and Power Point – so you love converting numbers and statistics in to presentable materials
- Are exceptionally structured, detail oriented and responsible – taking ownership of tasks and projects while seeing them through from start to finish
- Are systematic, result oriented, committed and ambitious – facing all types of challenges with a can-do attitude
- Display eagerness to learn and develop, using creativity to challenge the status quo
- See yourself as a true team player with a positive and sociable personality
