Do you have a desire for providing a high quality, effective and reliable customer-focused Service Desk to assist Total employees across Denmark with HR-related cases? If yes, this position with Total in Esbjerg office might be your match!

Key Responsibilities
Overall, you have the responsibility of supporting the HR team with execution of employment related changes. You are the one to plan, drive and implement HR projects across the Company. Furthermore, you will be in charge for all employment related areas for both onshore and offshore employees; such areas can be payroll, vacation, sick leave, parental/maternity leave, benefits, pension, insurance, external vendor services, policies, employee handbook, contractual documents, legal requirements.

Your areas of responsibilities will include tasks such as:

  • Be the first point of contact via HR Frontdesk and Shared Mailbox
  • Be the first point of contact for employees and external stakeholders
  • Support and execute on employee related tasks from the Recruiters and Talent Developers
  • Issue contractual documents according to workflow requests
  • End-to-end execution of HR projects both internally in HR and in the company
  • Enforce a strong stakeholder collaboration and partnership to meet the business needs of the organization
  • Evaluate, improve and standardize HR workflows and processes
  • Deliver automated and innovative solutions to the extent possible, while keeping focus on high quality, cost-effective, customer-focused service
  • Coordinate timely implementation and roll out the necessary training/information to the end-users

As an HR Advisor in the Shared Services team, you will be able to shape and develop a central role across the whole Human Resources department. This is with the possibility to continuously develop you competences in ensuring that all activities are carried out in compliance with the Group HSE policies, Code of Conduct internal directives, Employee Handbook and the GDPR requirements. You will get to use you knowledge and experience when evaluating, improving and standardizing HR workflows and processes. Finally, you will act as the focal point across departments and external stakeholder, when solving complex employee cases.

Your background

  • Higher education degree or experience from similar position;
  • Enforce stakeholder management and collaboration;
  • Experience with project and process management;
  • Strong MS Office user and especially Excel;
  • Experience in working with EAP systems and a natural interested in working with data and data quality;
  • Proficiency in oral and written English.
