Key Responsibilities
Overall, you have the responsibility for the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial requisition to final hire within Total in Denmark in close collaboration with our Talent Developers. Moreover, you will provide expertise, guidance and support to the hiring managers, acting as a Partner along the way to deliver high quality and on time recruitments.

These areas of responsibilities will include tasks such as:

  • Manage all internal and external recruitment activities;
  • Update relevant tracking tools and systems for management reporting;
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for each recruitment in partnership with the hiring managers;
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Build up and maintain internal and external cooperation to proactively source;
  • Analyze and determine applicant requirements and recruitment strategy based on hiring manager briefings;
  • Job ad creation and posting based on strong understanding of our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and brand;
  • Screen and assess candidates in competency-based interviews;
  • Execute the entire offer process in close collaboration with Talent Developers and Compensation & Benefits team according to agreed framework and internal/external benchmark;
  • Formulate and communicate employment offers to candidates and initiate the onboarding process when the candidates accept the offers;
  • Facilitating and executing relevant projects aligned with business needs, KPI’s and expectations.

The position is a two year temporary position with the possibility of extension.

Candidate profile

Who we are looking for
It is important that you possess a safety mindset and address the job with a strong understanding of the business and people. Naturally, you thrive in a highly independent and visible position in a free and dynamic working environment. Moreover, this position calls for demonstrated strong skills in running interviews, relationship building with candidates at all levels and across different cultures. Furthermore, a meticulous, structured and detailed approach in handling candidates through application tracking system, sourcing and pipelining tools is essential. This is with the ability to work with a network of correspondents. We are looking for a strong team player with the ability to build relationships and work constructively with others to achieve business goals.

Your background

  • BSc/MSc in HR or similar relevant education coupled with experience as an in-house recruiter or from a recruitment agency, preferably within the oil/gas industry recruiting for highly complex technical roles;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Experienced in proactively attracting and sourcing both active and passive candidates, based on business acumen and ability to spot talent;
  • Advanced command of verbal and written English.
