Job Description
Are you our infrastructure backbone for any enterprise or industrial tools or applications needed to run a smooth operation onshore and offshore? Can you ensure uptime of our industrial infrastructure, IT infrastructure, data centre and DR site while maintaining a strong focus on safety and security compliance?
Key responsibilities
You will be accountable for the architecture and running/maintaining all Industrial & IT infrastructure in TEPDK, including our data centre, backup, virtual environments, storage, and cloud. These areas of responsibilities will include tasks such as:

As Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer in Industrial IT & Infrastructure, you will be able to shape and develop a central role with great influence on the infrastructure of TEPDK’s mission critical applications as well as cloud services. This is with the possibility to continuously learn and develop your competencies in ensuring the operation and management of our data centre and servers.
You will get to use your knowledge and experience applying a range of techniques when you collaborate with key stakeholder such as vendors, Industrial (OT), TGITS/Remote Admins and Application BAs. Moreover, you will collaborate with peer system managers to develop and pursue continual improvement initiatives to drive down the total costs of the data centre operations, infrastructure and industrial infrastructure – and drive up service quality.

Key responsibilities
You will be accountable for the architecture and running/maintaining all Industrial & IT infrastructure in TEPDK, including our data centre, backup, virtual environments, storage, and cloud. These areas of responsibilities will include tasks such as:
- Ensuring a high, reliable uptime of TEPDK data centre(s), including the room, servers, cabling, etc.
- Managing both planned maintenance and break-fix activities and analysing root cause, formulating corrective action and closure for any significant incidents
- Working closely with TGITS (Total Group IT Services) to ensure that quality support is provided, and SLAs are kept
- Working with local service providers to ensure high reliability of industrial infrastructure
- Administrating services, which are not provided by TGITS
- Being accountable for Local Remote connection (Citrix Environment)
- Carrying out local L3 support for Computer & Cloud domain

Your background
- You have a degree in IT, engineering or similar
- You have industrial experience
- Any technical certifications are a plus
- You have 10+ years of experience with data centre and server administration
- You have experience as a system manager or similar
- You have proven planning and project management abilities
- You are fluent in English
