Key Responsibilities
Overall, you have the responsibility of managing and optimize governance, design and architecture and conduct related business analysis. You are the one to manage data as to enable that timely and securely information flows within the organization, helping foster value creation to all TEPDK métiers and users. Finally, you are responsible for setting up and maintaining the access rights on file-servers – ensuring compliance with Total E&P referential on this matter.

Finally, you are responsible for setting up and maintaining the access rights on file-servers – ensuring compliance with Total E&P referential on this matter.
These areas of responsibilities will include tasks such as:
- Enforce the creation and/or use of policies for effective Data Management (DM) and Data Reporting processes
- Ensure conformity related to corporate principles which may apply (PSPI, SSI, PDP, D-I-C-P …)
- Manage and maintain information management systems
- Monitor data quality against standards and processes
- Identify needs for improving quality
- Assist with data delivery and data solutions for ongoing well service projects
- Store, locate, retrieve, and review data and documents in accordance with standards and regulations
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on production, surface and subsurface data
- Work closely with data architects and solution architects regarding TEPDK Data architecture
- Create and manage an effective information governance program & decision framework with appropriate policies and standards, including life cycle management plans reflecting legal and regulatory obligations
- Act as a trustee and unify data quality efforts and leverage them in information exploitation via alignment of data quality frameworks and high-value business objectives
- Assist with Process automation for enhanced quality through technologies like ‘RPA’ or similar
- Ensuring the PPDM is governed and the associated with the correct input DB sources
