And are you interested in kick-starting your career within HR Training? If yes, then this Student Assistant position at Total in Esbjerg might be your match!
Key Responsibilities
You will become part of the HR Training team, which is responsible for managing trainings for Total Exploration & Production (TEPDK) and Total Upstream (TUDK). As Student Assistant you will support the team in delivering an ambitious and busy training agenda. In the team there are 5 Training Partners and 3 Student Assistants located in both Esbjerg and Copenhagen. You will report to the Head of Training, Recruitment & Internal Mobility, and you will be located in Esbjerg.
Overall, you will be responsible for administration of specific trainings. You will be given a clear area of responsibility which to a certain extent will depend on your experience, personality and educational background. In connection to this, you will be able to manage and shape your daily tasks.
There will be routine tasks and opportunities to be involved in different tasks across the team, in close collaboration with the Training Partners and the other Student Assistants.

- Registration of trainings in our systems, including in-class, e-learning and virtual trainings
- Plan sessions for specific trainings
- Send invites to participants in trainings
- Follow up on attendance
- Registration of certificates in compliance with GDPR
- Ad hoc tasks related to team activities
