For the Baltic Pipe onshore expansions, several tie-ins must be carried out in 2021 and 2022 incl. tie-ins at the existing stations in operation at Egtved, Nyborg and at Kongsmark.
We are threfore looking for a manager for the Tie-ins including Design, tendering and construction for tie-in operations. The position is a project based position with start-up as soon as possible lasting until December 2022.
Tasks:
• Finalise current planning of the tie-ins for the onshore Baltic Pipe project including coordination with the GAS TSO and the Operations & Maintenance organisation and others as required.
• Prepare the technical basis for the tender for the tie-in activities, possibly with a consultant company
• Responsible for the tender process of tie-in construction activities together with the project's Procurement Group and Legal Group and D3's project management
• Contract manager during the execution of tie-in tasks in close coordination with relevant parties incl. Operation & Maintenance
• Ensure safe and efficient execution in accordance with agreed restrictions on tasks incl. restrictions from the "Arbejdstilsynet"
• Ensure proper reporting and documentation after completion of the assignments
Desired competences:
• Experience within the gas industry or similar will be preferred
• Project Management experience
• Competent problem solver
• Exceptional commitment to quality
• Good communication skills
• Good co-operational skills
• Structured and positive
• Profiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Danish and English must be mastered both verbally and in writing
