Key Responsibilities
As Commissioning Coordinator for the Tyra Redevelopment Project Commissioning team, you will be able to shape and develop a central role with great influence in supporting the offshore commissioning execution. This is with the possibility to continuously learn and develop your competencies when supporting Commissioning Manager as well as being in charge of follow-up vendor assistance for HU and Commissioning. You will get to use your knowledge and experience applying a range of techniques when leading the procurement activities as well as spare parts and tools for the commissioning.
Overall, you have the responsibility of defining the SOW for all offshore vendor assistance and ensure contracts are placed. Finally, you are responsible for material and spare parts collection, analysis, purchase, storage and expediting offshore.

These areas of responsibilities will include tasks such as:
HSE responsibilities:
- All during the Project strictly follow and make sure of the application of the Company requirements, standards and procedures in term of HSE:
- Be a Champion for HSE, leading by example,
- Follow-up the procedures and if deemed necessary take action to improve them,
- Actively participate to the safety meetings,
- When visit on site make sure the execution of the activities is done in line with the required work permit and be committed to stop any unsafe acts,
- Report any anomaly, unsafe act for further analysis and propose corrective actions,
- Centralize information and lead the GAP analysis for Commissioning Spare parts;
- Set-Up and follow-up the use of warehouse tools (INSEMTITO)
- Gather all the special tools with site teams, organize the storage in Esbjerg, the expediting to offshore for the activities.
- Coordinate the Special Tools to FIELD OPS Teams;
- Lead and follow-up procurement within the budget;
- Provide information to Commissioning Manager for follow-up commissioning budget;
- Lead the definition of Vendor Assistance SOW
- Coordinate with the C&P team the Vendors RTA’s for HU&C
- Follow-up Vendor Budget with efficient tracking tools and provide information to Commissioning Manager;
- Coordinate with the Logistic team to expedite material to offshore;
- Coordinate with Vendor Coordinator the mobilization of vendors;
- He/she can be requested to travel to construction sites to support ongoing activities for limited periods (one/two weeks);
- Assist Project site Teams from remote as required;
- Travel to Offshore to support offshore team.
