As a Student Assistant at TotalEnergies, you will get to understand the oil and gas industry and be part of the transitioning to a sustainable energy player. In this team, you will be provided with an in-depth insight into the everyday work life of a HR department interfacing with a multitude of stakeholders. You will act as a strong support for the HR Operations team consisting of 7 HR-colleagues and 2 Student Assistants. You will be given a clear area of responsibility which to a certain extent will depend on your experience, personality, interest and educational background. There will be routine tasks, and opportunities to be involved in different tasks across the team.

- Assist the HR Operations team with daily administrative task, e.g. create contractual documents, assist with employee request in mailbox, maintain HR systems etc.
- Working with projects within HR Operations.
- Ad hoc tasks related to all administration activities from offshore and the office in Esbjerg.
