We need a creative and communicative colleague for the Innovation and Digitalization team whose focus will be on developing the team’s brand both internally and externally

The position will be 10-15 hours per week between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. The tasks are coordinated with the manager of the team. Main location for the tasks to be carried out will be in our offices at Esbjerg Brygge in Esbjerg.

As a student in the Innovation and digitalization team you will havea broad variety of tasks including:
- Researching and creating communications assets such as social media posts (text, graphics, images); internal stories; news releases; and other communications products – potentially also key messaging documents as well as video content, depending on individual interests and capabilities.
- Supporting the Innovation team in multiple ways by promoting the brand both internally and externally by different communication channels.
- Develop and support the team at various internal and external Innovation and Digitalization events, which will be carried out either with or by the Innovation and Digitalization team
What you´ll need to succeed
- Have a strong motivation and curiosity to explore technology and innovative approaches to business
- You enjoy interacting with people from all lines of work and you understand the importance of stakeholder management
- Able to create engaging and creative written and ideally visual content
- You can work independently, while also engaging collaboratively with colleagues.
- You are well-organized and structured, while also being comfortable dealing with multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- You are capable of working efficiently with marketing tools, along with image/graphic editing skills.
- You have analytical skills and you strive in working in a sometimes unstructured environment.
You have a background where you:
- Are undergoing a relevant education at bachelor or graduate level
- Have excellent communication skills and communicate naturally in speaking and writing in English
