If yes, then this Student Assistant position at Total Exploration & Production (TEPDK) in Esbjerg might be your match!
Key Responsibilities
As a Student Assistant in the Drilling and Wells team, you will gain insight from the beginning to the end of the process required to complete critical operations in Drilling and Wells, which is one of the major components within the Oil & Gas industry. You will be given the opportunity to put your theoretical knowledge into play and to use your competences in supporting the Operational Safety Leader. Furthermore, you will have the chance to roll out safety initiatives and assist with daily tasks, bringing a dynamic and interesting workday.
Overall, with the varying day-to-day tasks and approximately 15-20 hours per week, you are responsible of managing and shaping your daily tasks. You will be given a clear area of responsibility which, to a certain extent, will depend on your experience, personality, and educational background. There will be routine tasks, and opportunities to be involved in different tasks across the team.

- Help with the coordination of the Annual D&W HSE Vendor Forum
- Monitor updates on HSE procedures
- Review new cases and ensure correct owners in D&W of Synergi cases and provide monthly status overview
- Review and prepare the award the monthly best Observation Card
- Share safety alerts and REXs
- Monitor HSE Training in SafePass and follow-up on compliance
- Monitor and communicate D&W actions from DGS\u0027
- Monitor the chemical permit usage, application, and validity in D&W
- Prepare the usage chemical report for stakeholders
- Monitor and promote the D&W green transformation
