As Navision Consultant in MacArtney you get the opportunity to challenge status quo. Your primary job is to maintain and develop the current ERP-setup based on your extensive experience working with various modules in Navision. You deliver solutions of the highest quality, and through workflow analysis you secure a smarter use of the ERP-system. Through continuous improvements and clear milestones, you create ERP road maps. MacArtney has decided to upgrade to Business Central, and you will play a key role in the preparation and execution of this transition. You enjoy challenging the ‘as is’, and you use your thorough business acumen and solution-oriented approach to identify and automate manual processes. You focus on best practice, and you manage to familiarise yourself with the business and proactively creating optimal solutions for MacArtney in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

You will support the business e.g., by teaming up with Global SCM to improve distribution flow from vendor to end customer. Through meetings with both internal and external stakeholders, you will map and perform Navision improvements. Therefore, you must expect some travel activity to MacArtney’ sites around the world. Passing on your expertise to the rest of the organisation is valuable to get the best results for MacArtney. Thus, you facilitate user sessions and training within Navision. This requires you to be service minded, and a high level of both spoken and written Danish and English is preferred.

MacArtney is introducing a worldwide eCommerce concept to customers and agents. The new Navision Consultant will be a key resource on this project implementing the new platform. MacArtney intends to improve their use of PowerBI. Therefore, it is an advantage if you know how to make templates and extract data from an OLAP cube. However, this is not a requirement.

In MacArtney you will be a part of a team of four very competent colleagues, and to fit in, as the new Navision Consultant, you are a strong team player with lots of energy and drive. The team consists of two IT System Administrators and two ERP Project Managers. All of you refer to the Global IT Director. The working environment is busy and informal, characterised by delivering products and solutions, at a high technical level, for customers worldwide. Within the ERP sub team, an ongoing shared task is to assist users with support through a ticket system and perform role-based security configuration. All tasks are approached with a focus on opportunities and solutions rather than seeing limitations.

Personally, you bring a lot of practical experience working with Navision. Participation in upgrades and migrations in your previous work-life is a great asset and if you have been working with eCommerce and PowerBI it will be beneficial. Being a team player, you are open and communicative. Your energy motivates others and your ability to balance many tasks at the same time and to establish and utilize the right systems gives you the important overview.
