“This is your opportunity to join a team of technical multi-disciplinary experts running offshore telecommunication tender projects for large international organisations. You will be involved in projects of different sizes all over the world, based on a team environment where we succeed together,” says Søren Rønne Barslund, Global Tender Manager.

You will join our Global Tender team in Esbjerg, Denmark, currently consisting of seven team colleagues – 2 in Denmark and 5 in Singapore. The Tender Team is responsible for all telecommunication tenders, making sure that tenders meet the needs of our offshore customers. Our project offers range from DKK 0.5 million to DKK 100 million and cover everything from network solutions to CCTV and entertainment systems. Our large tenders typically consist of 30 to 36 systems.
Delegating responsibilities and driving progress
Are you familiar with or eager to learn how to coordinate and gather a tender package independently or with your colleagues while balancing several tender projects at the same time, this could be your opportunity.
Once fully integrated, your responsibilities will include:
Producing commercial and technical proposals for telecommunication systems based on customers’ enquiries and requirements, including:
You will be part of the tender process from the very beginning, where you learn about the customer’s needs, and until you hand over the signed contract to the project manager who will manage the execution of the new project.

Technical background and telecommunication knowledge

Once fully integrated, your responsibilities will include:
Producing commercial and technical proposals for telecommunication systems based on customers’ enquiries and requirements, including:
- Finding and documenting the right technical solutions while engaging with our technical teams, HSEQ, Procurement and other relevant departments.
- Preparing potential project risk analyses and working to increase profit margins.
- Engaging in a flexible organisation and assisting in sales and project execution assignments as required under our philosophy “One Company”.
You will be part of the tender process from the very beginning, where you learn about the customer’s needs, and until you hand over the signed contract to the project manager who will manage the execution of the new project.
