You will join our head office in Esbjerg.
Key responsibilities and tasks
You will be the focal point towards our customers as well as ensuring your team is motivated and high performing. You are expected to independently manage and develop a portfolio of employees and to assist in defining future needs within the business area.
Further you are expected to assume the role as team lead for - currently - 6 employees where you must nurture and develop cross functional skills within the team.
You will be working with a broad range of personalities and must possess a robust character.
We are actively pursuing digital solutions and over time you will be a key stakeholder in the development of the department within this space.
Tasks
Your profile
You have a relevant background with experience handling, coordinating and recruiting personnel – preferable within the white collar trades
You are safety conscious and see safety as a natural and integral part of you work ethos.
You have a high mental capacity with good analytical and problem-solving skills. We expect you to have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English.

Tasks
- Coordination and administration of white collars for our on- and offshore projects – including recruitment, compliance checks, rotation planning, etc.
- Digitalisation process improvements and superuser status
- Managerial support for ad hoc tasks that may fall outside “normal” day-to-day operations
- Take part in the duty rooster.
- Functional lead for a team of collages, act as a natural sparring partner and coach for your team.
- Have a business mindset, calculate offers and safeguard the interests of Semco
- Ensure the well being of the employees under your management
