Your position
We need someone who is passionate about taking on new challenges and is motivated by seeing a project through from start to finish, keeping track of the process and ensuring the implementation of it. You will play a key part in building the future of Semco Maritime and improving our business practices.
Your tasks and responsibilities
You will be joining our HSEQ area, where you will be responsible for everything from carrying out project assessments to identifying improvement areas on special projects.

Your position

Your tasks and responsibilities
You will be joining our HSEQ area, where you will be responsible for everything from carrying out project assessments to identifying improvement areas on special projects.
Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for carrying out project assessments
- Assisting the Semco Maritime Project Execution Model (SemPEM) in developing processes, tools and templates that supports the SemPEM strategy and focus areas
- Special Projects works with initiatives of strategic importance within/across divisions
- Change Management projects using e.g. Lean, Six-Sigma, DMAIC & Q-Toolbox
- Take an active role in implementation of e.g. the Lessons Learned Database in Semco Maritime
Your profile & qualifications
You are highly motivated by creating results by using an analytical, organized, and fact-based approach. Furthermore, you should thrive in a fast-paced environment where you are an expert in ensuring that the bigger picture is not lost.
To succeed in this position, we expect that you:
- Are an excellent communicator who excels at establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships with colleagues, managers, and employees
- Have a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Are highly experienced in the fields of project management, change management and carrying out project assessments from a similar position
- Are diplomatic and tactful, even in stressful situations
- Have experience with e.g. LEAN, Six-Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, DMAIC, and a solid Q-Toolbox
