Join our affiliate TotalEnergies Exploration & Production Danemark in Esbjerg !
You will be in charge of the international mobility execution for expats according to governance from RAPMI, Danish Legislation and Local policies. You will support and execute the whole process from document execution, system updates, payroll and relocation to local induction and settling inpermanent residence.
You will also support the employees during assignment and executes on offboarding and repatriation after assignment ends.
Your missions will be:
- International Mobility execution for inbounds and outbounds (75+ movements per year);
- VIE moves from France to TEPDK - Mission management execution from other affiliates to TEPDK and TEPDK employees to other affiliates;
- International Executive management execution;
- Temporary Accommodation + TEPDK lease Management;
- International Spouse Network coordinator;
- Responsible for International Welcome folder + Information pack to international employees;
- Esbjerg International School and French school focal point in TEPDK;
- Personal support to international staff and accompanying families;
- Cultural Induction course support in TEPDK;
- ALFA alignment on services + focal point in TEPDK;
- TGI focal point in TEPDK;
- Mobility CookBook updates;
- Contractual Template maintenance in accordance with Danish Legislation;
- RFS files to Finance on Expat cost allocation.
