Key responsibilities and tasks
As a Planner, you will be responsible for planning manpower/resources for current and future projects. It is fundamental that you have good overview skills. This way, we will be able to provide our customers with the right competencies at the right time. Your primary task will be to establish a good overview and ensure that resources are planned.

Your profile
You have a relevant background as a Planner or similar and have strong IT competencies. You see the big picture, have a structured approach and are a good team player.
You find it easy to work independently and take initiative. You have drive and are motivated by a high-pace environment. You have a positive mindset and care deeply about the success of your work, your colleagues and the wider objectives set by the organisation. You are able to communicate with others on a good and efficient basis and also engage in the development of the department.
We expect you to have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English.

Tasks
Some of your responsibilities:
- Excel incl. experience with pivot tables
- Create continuous overview of manpower requirements for proposal projects.
- Flexible
- Participate in strategic forecasts regarding intelligent sourcing of project resources onshore and offshore.
- Make cost analyses of hire versus recruitment.
- Create overview of available in-house workers and skills/qualifications.
- Maintain overview of booked resources/trades/projects on a monthly basis.
- Monthly management overview reporting (Power BI or similar).
