Your position
As our new Student Assistant in our Large Projects department of our Renewables Division, you will be joining our project team working on delivering two offshore substations for the Hai Long Offshore Wind Project. This means that you will get the unique opportunity to gain insight and knowledge about working in a Large Projects department of an international engineering company.
In this position, you will be mentored by your manager in all aspects of Project Engineering on large projects. Together you will plan your personal development as well as your professional development in your role.

Your tasks & responsibilities
You will be involved in many different aspects of the project including planning, coordination and communication. You will assist in the important role of keeping track of the details of the project.
You will have a broad variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

- Assisting the Engineering Manager with various administrative tasks
- Creating and assisting with progress reports keeping track of project activities in coordination with the project leads and the project team
- Assisting the project planner and the project managers with planning
- Communicating with our international and external partners in Southeast Asia
- Assisting with keeping track of risks, opportunities, technical queries and variation orders
Your profile & qualifications

To succeed in this position, we expect that you:
- Are undergoing a relevant education, for example marine engineering, electrical engineering or similar
- Have experience with MS Office, particularly Excel
- Are great at both verbal and written communication in English as you will be communicating a lot with our international project partners
- Are available to work 15 – 20 hours a week during regular business hours
- Danish proficiency is beneficial but not a requirement
