Key Responsibilities
As a student assistant, you will have the opportunity to work in collaboration with the Contracts and Procurement Department with a strong focus on providing high quality and commercially integrated advice to our internationally orientated business. The department consists of 2-3 people who work closely together with the business and local departments in our area of operation. In the General Services Team, you will be provided with an in-depth insight into the everyday work life interfacing with a multitude of stakeholders. This is a way for you to turn your theological knowledge into practice.
Working hours will be approximately 15-20 weekly.
You will be working with MS Suite Applications, Teams, and SAP.
Overall, you will assist with a wide range of tasks including:

- Coordinating information with agencies.
- Service Order and Purchase Order creation in SAP systems.
- Contract Amendments.
- Provide general support to the business.
