Key Responsibilities
As Well Integrity Engineer in the Drilling & Wells team, you will be able to shape and develop a central role with great influence in the daily review of other Wells Activity to ensure no new Integrity issues have emerged that need follow up.Overall, you have the responsibility of monitoring and maintaining integrity of assigned well stock at optimum value to the asset and to the required quality, plan and budget. You are the one to provide inputs to monthly reports for management review. Furthermore, you will ensure correct classification of Well Integrity anomalies and defining of actions, responsible parties and target closure dates/grace periods in WOMs.

These areas of responsibilities will also include tasks such as:
HSE
  • Drives HSE performance in accordance with Total Group objectives and promotes a safety culture with the team.
  • Ensure that health, safety and environmental risks are assessed, and necessary measures taken to mitigate safety and health risks according to
  • ALARP (As Low As Reasonably Practical) principle.


Operations
  • Daily review of WOMs to check Wellhead Maintenance reports and Integrity repairs as well as check of uploaded Pressure tests to ensure
  • compliance to ISO Standards.
  • Daily review of wellhead pressure checks to ensure wells are operating within their WOE.
  • Prepare derogations to company rules to allow continued well operation.
  • Produce SoR Ø / final SoR (Well integrity MEMO) for upcoming integrity Intervention / Workovers to allow the Well Service / Well Engineering
  • team to plan accordingly.
  • Ensure in time testing of SSSV and WHM in line with guidelines laid out in WIMs. Investigate anomalies related/associated with these tests.
  • Approval of test results in WOMs and closure of WOMs action items when repairs are completed.
  • Maintain a list and track current dispensations for the asset and when necessary instigate new well integrity dispensations.
  • Initiate and participate in Risk Assessments related to Well Integrity issues.
  • Provide well integrity discipline support during risk assessments and/or preparations for dispensations to company rules for integrity workover scope and objectives in the early planning phases to meet ALARP principles.
  • Coordination of well integrity anomaly investigations including production of an RFC and an outline of the troubleshooting required.
  • Production of Well Operating Envelopes and where necessary revision of them where well architecture or operating conditions change.
  • Conduct Shut in Well Reviews for Long Term Shut in Wells in coordination with the Wells Manager.
  • Review acquired tubing calipers and advise on required actions, adjustment of severity codes or recalculation of well operating envelopes.
  • Perform SCP investigations on wells exhibiting suspected sustained casing pressure.


Organization
  • Provide feedback to contract owners on each contractor\u0027s performance for SQM.
