You will be given the opportunity to put your theoretical knowledge into play and to use a holistic approach the operation of a major capital project. You will be involved in everyday tasks and ongoing projects bringing a dynamic and interesting work- day. Potentially, you will be given the opportunity to gain further insight to our business as an intern or in connection with your Bachelor or Master Thesis.
The department consists of a Planning Team and a Scheduling Team adding up to 15 people. In Planning and Coordination, they gather information and data across the departments to build and manage plans from a strategic timescale down to execution. That implies interfaces with the entire organization providing good insight to all the aspects of the business. The planners and schedulers are important links between offshore and onshore ensuring focus on the right priorities aligned to strategy and management decisions. POB (people on board) is a limiting factor for execution of work offshore, hence it is a critical task in Planning to manage, to constantly ensure optimal utilization.
Working hours will be approximately 15-20 weekly, with great flexibility in the planning.

Key Responsibilities
Overall, you will assist with a wide range of tasks including:
- Focal on the department’s intranet page, contact person with ITS for changes as requested, solve issues etc.
- KPI dashboard: Responsible for doing the KPI’s, extracts from SAP and DaWinci – weekly tasks, Monday, Wednesday and Friday
- Create and send bi-weekly focal review
- Focal for arranging combi offshore tours, where more than one installation will visit
- Help updating red tollgates in our plans – engage with stakeholders in the organization on deliverables, walk the mile
- QC input in Planning Tool (Primavera); Ensure names are right and only listed in one way, check TVN’s vs. dates (heli bookings)
- Support with as hoc tasks for the department, power point presentations SAP tasks, creation of flowcharts, excel documents etc. if time allows for it.
