Esbjerg is the heart of our operational activities with more than 1,000 colleagues working onshore and offshore, and now we are looking for a new colleague to join our award-winning team as a change manager contributing to an aligned approach to business improvement across the affiliate!

The Role
As Change Management Advisor in the Business Transformation department, you will have a central role with great influence in helping identify potential resistance to change and suggest mitigating action to ensure better employee adoption. We expect you to provide change management advice, sparring and coaching across the affiliate and departments.

During a normal day your role will ensure the following tasks:
  • Supporting managers in embedding a change dimension in their initiatives whether organization, processes, ways of working, behavior, or culture.
  • Applying structured change management methodology to new and continuous improvement initiatives as well as to business process changes.
  • Assessing expected impact, need for communication and training as part of business changes and build into your change management plan.
  • Coordinating change management planning and execution of minor business changes and working closely with HR and TCS Communications in the implementation.


This job is an excellent opportunity to continuously learn and develop your competencies in role modeling proactive behaviors in change management and business improvement. Overall, you have the responsibility of supporting change management initiatives and instill a continuous improvement mind-set in the business with strong focus on people engagement and collaboration at all levels of the organization.
