Key Responsibilities
As a student assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with/in collaboration with Commissioning Engineering Leader and the Commissioning Coordinator with strong focus on delivering and start-up the future TYRA platforms located offshore Denmark. The department consist of more than 50 persons between the Onshore and Offshore sites and work closely together with the technical and logistic departments in our area of operation. In the Tyra Project team, you will be provided with an in-depth insight into the everyday work life interfacing with a multitude of stakeholders and nationality. This is a way for you to turn technical engineering theory etc. into practice.
Working hours will be approximately 15-20 weekly, with great flexibility in the planning.

Overall, you will assist with a wide range of tasks including:
- Support the procurement activities
- Logistic coordination to expedite material offshore.
- Update the Material Management database (INSEMITO), Create Meta (material reference), Follow-up quantities.
- Support the commissioning in daily activities (general admin):
- Update POB roster.
- Update Organigram.
- Meeting room booking.
- Follow-up Onboarding personnel (Training, hotel, Office, IT, create IT accounts).
- Create power point presentation.
