Key Responsibilities
As a student assistant, you will have the opportunity to work in a team of construction personnel with a strong focus on delivering a successful hook-up of the new Tyra facilities offshore (including planning, work preparation, manpower-allocation, logistics, contracting and offshore project execution).
We work closely together in the wider Tyra Redevelopment Project – onshore and offshore as well as with the business and local departments in our area of operation. In the Hook-up/Contracts team, you will be provided with an in-depth insight into the everyday work life interfacing with a multitude of stakeholders.
Working hours will be approximately 15-20 weekly, with great flexibility in the pla0nning.
You will be working with Torben Sund Laursen, Brownfield Contracts Manager

Overall, you will assist with a wide range of tasks including:
- Administration of SAP Minimaster (registration of first-timer construction personnel).
- Administration of Manpower orders (actuals vs. budget, re-estimation, new orders).
- Assisting in control of cost allocations.
- Various ad-hoc tasks within contract management and offshore construction.
- Assisting in helicopter-bookings (during vacation-periods).
