Would you like to work within Joint Venture (JV) Management and become the primary point of contact towards our JV partners? Then this position in our Development, Business and JV Management (DBJV) department might be for you. In this role, you will play an essential part in maintaining and developing relationships with key personnel within JV partners to ensure maximum influence and/or to develop alliances with others where appropriate.
Joint Venture Manager - Governance, Compliance, Performance & Processes
As the JV Manager, you will represent TotalEnergies DK (TEPDK) as a prudent and professional operator and promote TEPDK’s interests in the JV, as well as the license interests. Therefore, you will also act as Process Owner of “Management of Joint Venture” ensuring process alignment with the business goals and objectives. Furthermore, you will get to identify, implement, and follow up license goals, strategy, budgets, and plans, KPI’s, decision making and risk management in close cooperation with all relevant internal personnel.

These areas of responsibilities will include the following:
- Make sure the TotalEnergies and TEPDK requirements are followed; proactively identify and address issues related to the JV
- Create and maintain a risks and opportunity register for the JV with associated action and influencing plans when appropriate
- Promote sound knowledge of the law and license agreement (Joint Operating Agreement*) to relevant license personnel
- Maintain continuous contact with TEPDK’s Regulatory and Legal Team the local supervisory authority responsible for the JV contractual obligations with the State
- Work to anticipate and clarify positions of each party (TEPDK management, partners, authorities, and other stakeholders) and ensure formalization and implementation of the Operating Committee decisions
- Effectively manage conflicts of interest that may arise during the conduct of JV business
- Host, quality assure meeting material, manage action list and minutes of both the Operating Committee meeting and all Sub Committee meetings, in cooperation with the Committee Chairmen
- Make sure a common license database is established and revised for the JV
- Ensure the proper preparation and coordination of JV audits, by partners or the State, as well as the follow-up and settlement of any exceptions (monetary and procedural) that are made
