KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As Training Partner, you will be able to shape and develop a central role with great influence in
Training execution for both onshore and offshore employees (750+). This is with the possibility to continuously learn and develop your competencies within HR processes linked to employee development.
You will become part of our HR Training team acting as a partner primarily towards onshore based employees and managers supporting them on all elements of our training process. You will be responsible for onboarding employees within your scope to tools, processes and requirements and to develop cost control measures for our training budget.
You will help drive HQ owned training campaigns and be focal point for our TEPDK training intranet site and training dashboard. You will further be responsible for defined training actions keeping yourself up to date on latest adjustments and implementing these successfully into the business.
You will get to use your knowledge and experience applying a range of techniques when managing the whole process from planning, system updates, communication, execution and controlling the budget.
You will take part in defining and executing our yearly training plan in an efficient and cost-effective manner to support the business strategy as well as fulfilment of the HSE and legal obligations.
Overall, you are the one to execute training-related tasks linked to the points below, in accordance with Danish legislation, policies and rules provided by TotalEnergies. In corporation with our local Head of Disciplines you are in close contact with our head quarter and Total Learning Solutions as well as our vendors supporting the growth and compliance of our employees. The responsibilities will also include day-to-day guidance to Student Assistants in the team.

CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT
In essence you can look forward to:
- Schedule, plan and evaluate training activities, programmes and campaigns.
- Promote learning tools and associated processes to the business. Support managers and Talent Developers on the global LMS (Lizzy) and our local LMS (LogLevel), including guidance, reporting, back-office work.
- Take part in the training budget process and develop cost control measures within area of responsibility
- Follows-up, implements and promote yearly training plan, involving management and employees.
- Responsibility for optimizing and maintaining our intranet site for a more user-friendly experience
- Use data recorded to produce concise and reliable compliance reports or dashboards on mandatory training and to monitor corrective action plans
- Represent the Company towards external providers and coordinate the activities of internal and external service providers
- Provide advice and expertise to operational management in own area of responsibility
- Take active part in TotalEnergies Training Community to establish cross department goals, align timelines and set priorities bringing together relevant stakeholders and necessary resources.
- Ensuring compliance and high-quality data within TEPDK rules and Danish legislation.
