Key Responsibilities
As Reservoir Engineer in the Asset department, you will be able to shape and develop a central role with great influence in identifying and proposing ideas to increase field production and optimize injection, incl revival of closed wells. This is with the possibility to continuously learn and develop your competencies in driving HSE performance in accordance with Total Group objectives, demonstrating HSE leadership and developing a safety culture with the team. You will get to use your knowledge and experience applying a range of techniques when providing input to an annual Work Program & Budget in line with the set production enhancement annual target.
Overall, you have the responsibility of maturing, tracking planning and execution of approved opportunities (Well Productivity, Field Ops and Drilling & Wells). Furthermore, you will perform well Productivity problem diagnosis and analysis and you will track production optimization gains from well interventions. You will also maintain and update the opportunity register including creating 1-pagers Finally, you are responsible for working as a transverse team supporting each other in finding additional barrels beyond normal well interventions.

- Prepare and present preliminary business cases for production/injection optimization and expected outcome, including economic analysis.
- Preparing dossiers related to well productivity including workovers WSOR, tubing failure management, well interventions and surveillance
- Ask for Group expertise regarding reservoir and modelling aspect of WRFM activities
- Provide reservoir engineering input to the identification and planning of reservoir and well optimization opportunities.
