Key Responsibilities
As Petroleum Engineer in the Well Productivity team, you will be able to shape and develop a central role with great influence in scouting and identifying available and new technologies.You will get to use your knowledge and experience applying a range of techniques when tracking the planning and execution of approved opportunities (Well Productivity, Well Performance, Reservoir Management, Field Ops and Drilling & Wells).
Overall, you have the responsibility of providing input to an annual Work Program & Budget in line with the set production enhancement annual target. You are the one to maintain and update the opportunity register including creating 1-pagers. You will also prepare and present preliminary business cases, economic analysis and expected outcome Finally, you are responsible for gas lift design of new wells and optimization of the design for existing wells (simulation and implementation).

- Being part of a team that has the autonomy to propose and execute an annual work program to achieve a set target of additional production above the 2P profile.
- Tracking production/injection optimization gains from well interventions
- With the support of Senior Engineers, perform well performance/productivity problem diagnosis and analysis.
- Asking for Group expertise regarding Well Performance/Productivity and modelling aspect of WRFM activities (if needed)
- Support to prepare dossiers related to well productivity opportunities including workovers WSOR, tubing failure management, well interventions for production optimization and surveillance
- Working as a transverse team supporting each other in finding additional barrels beyond normal well interventions
