There is no set demand for educational background, although degrees such as Risk & Safety Management or Bachelor of Technology Management and Marine Engineering match our expectations.
You have an academic mindset and a systematic and structured working approach. You are comfortable speaking your mind in meetings, internally and with clients, and you are persistent to ensure that tasks are performed. You are able to juggle several tasks and priorities the time according to urgency and deadlines.
You are pragmatic about changes in priorities and in the terms within which you will solve your tasks.
Further you should have good communication skills in English both verbal and in writing, and you should be comfortable presenting in English in front of larger groups. Finally you should be comfortable travelling 8 - 12 days a year, mainly to the projects in the North Sea.

Based in Esbjerg you will refer to Head of HSE Offshore, and be part of the HSEQ department with 21 employees in Denmark. The HSE team in Esbjerg counts 11 employees, 6 of these based in offshore.

- Driving safety campaigns and our safety culture
- Investigate and follow-up on incidents
- Provide HSE support for projects e.g. tender phase, HSE plans and follow-up
- Play an active role in project meetings internally and with the customer
- Ensure safety alert and internal communication
- Conduct incident statistical analysis incl. trends
- Actively support audits
- Conduct onboarding of new employees
- Conduct chemical assessment and environmental efforts in the warehouse
- Create and coordinate procedures
- Support supplier and equipment approval
