Key Responsibilities
As a student assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with/in collaboration with the Information Manager and team with strong focus on providing high quality data and best practices for information to our internationally orientated business. The department consist of 4 team members, we work closely together with the business and local departments in our area of operation. In the Information Management team, you will be provided with an in-depth insight into the everyday work life interfacing with a multitude of stakeholders. This is a way for you to turn theory into practice.
We are looking for one student assistants to support the Information Manager (IM) in daily operations and larger projects. Tasks are varied and assigned based on interests and skills, however flexibility and willingness to take on different tasks is expected.

This position calls for a structured approach to tasks and attention to details. - Access Management of network drive and SharePoint locations.
- Best Practices for using the office 365 suite.
- Power BI and intranet pages.
- Support/drive projects, e.g., analyses, migration, etc.
- Coordinate stakeholder meetings.
- Create guideline material.
