Become our Working Environment Specialist
You will be responsible for ensuring that we comply with all HSE requirements and regulations in the organization. You will do that by offering guidance and support to your colleagues and by taking a leading role defining the rules. You will work cross-organizationally and have a varied workday:

You will play a vital part when it comes to maintaining our safety and health level and our high focus on environmental considerations. We form a close-knit team with a free and informal tone. Experience with Safety in an international framework
As a person you are systematic and able to describe and comply with our written safety requirements. You have a can-do spirit and are outgoing, and you communicate well with colleagues in the factory as well as in the offices. Furthermore, you are good at conveying and coaching working environment in practice and you are good at communicating our working environment goals.
You will answer to the Department Manager based out of our office in Holsted, Denmark and your primary place of work will be our Esbjerg, Denmark location. Babcock & Wilcox offers an international work environment, flexible and hybrid work opportunities with strong focus on work/life balance.

Become our Working Environment Specialist
You will be responsible for ensuring that we comply with all HSE requirements and regulations in the organization. You will do that by offering guidance and support to your colleagues and by taking a leading role defining the rules. You will work cross-organizationally and have a varied workday:
- Conducting environment and working environment audits and inspections
- Supporting the safety work on our projects and offices, and develop safety check report for review
- Conducting workshops and training sessions about environment, working environment, and safety culture
- Correct and stop any un-safe behaviors of operators including contractors
- Investigating and follow up on incidents
- Developing and managing our environment and working environment management system
- Conducting risk analyses of working processes and equipment

Experience with Safety in an international framework
- You have at least two years of experience with HSE management with solid understanding of HSE policies, standards and procedures.
- You may have a technical or safety management background, but most important is your experience within the field.
- You have good IT skills and experience with document management systems
- Sound interpersonal & influencing skills, and good stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to coach and influence without formal authority or accountability.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both internally & externally is essential
- You speak and write Danish and English
