As FO Support Engineer, you will be in the Field Operations Deputy Team within the Field Operations Department. The team consists of both local and international employees with regular interactions with offshore teams, onshore departments and other disciplines.
You will be exposed to mostly Organizational and Finance Aspects of TEPDK Field Operations. You will gain exposure to many different disciplines during your assignment.
The role will be dynamic but the core responsibilities are:

As FO Support Engineer, you will be in the Field Operations Deputy Team within the Field Operations Department. The team consists of both local and international employees with regular interactions with offshore teams, onshore departments and other disciplines.
You will be exposed to mostly Organizational and Finance Aspects of TEPDK Field Operations. You will gain exposure to many different disciplines during your assignment.
The role will be dynamic but the core responsibilities are:
- Update and maintain data for the Field Operations Organization, organization charts and headcount overview. Focus is to monitor and control non-organic contractors and future changes in approved headcount.
- Participate in continuously improvement projects in respect of Organization etc.
- Develop and prepare Cost Control for the Running Cost in all aspects of Field Operations. E.g. All non-organic contractors is to be included in the running cost.
- Support to preparation of Field Operations Budget.
- Support to Contract Management.
