Key Responsibilities
As Senior Petroleum Engineer in the Well Productivity team, you will be able to shape and develop a central role with great influence in scouting and identifying available and new technologies.You will get to use your knowledge and experience applying a range of techniques when tracking the planning and execution of approved opportunities (Well Productivity, Reservoir Management, Well Performance, Field Ops and Drilling & Wells).
Overall, you have the responsibility of providing input to an annual Work Program & Budget in line with the set production enhancement annual target. You are the one to maintain and update the opportunity register including creating 1-pagers. You will also prepare and present preliminary business cases and expected outcome Finally, you are responsible for the optimization of gas lift system (simulation and implementation).

These areas of responsibilities will include tasks such as:
- Being part of a team that has the autonomy to propose and execute an annual work program to achieve a set target of additional production above the 2P profile
- Advanced well performance/productivity problem diagnosis and analysis
- Preparing dossiers related to well productivity including workovers WSOR, tubing failure management, well interventions and surveillance and maximum well blowout rate
- Participating in the maintenance, update and upgrade of the ‘well related data-base’ and the KPIs´ dashboards (including wells´ derogation / shortfalls / CINAV)
- Contributing to and participate in well and pattern reviews
- Working in transverse in finding additional barrels beyond normal well interventions and workovers
- Supporting the development of less experienced petroleum engineer colleagues across TEEPDK
- Scouting and identifying available and new technologies
