Your position
In your new position as Manager in the Renewables Engineering division, you will lead a skilled team of ten Layout engineers and 3D design engineers/Technical designers. Your team is crucial in managing the layout of offshore substations and implementing designs in the 3D model. You will have the chance to shape the future of renewable energy through innovative design and team leadership. Above all, your work will contribute significantly to the global renewable energy sector.
Your place of work will be at our Global HQ located in Esbjerg, the hub of the Danish energy industry. The position is full-time, and you can expect to travel 10-30 days per year.

Your tasks & responsibilities
As a Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leadership and management of the team, including supervision and coaching.
- Ensuring performance and quality across the entire technical discipline portfolio.
- Employing coordination and planning skills in collaboration with our Product Line.
- Supporting your team with coordination, technical solutions, and project tasks.
- Owning Lessons Learned within your area and ensuring their implementation.
- Cooperation and coordination with other technical areas.
Your profile & qualifications
We are seeking a proactive and positive professional passionate about renewable energy and dedicated to making a lasting impact. You should have a structured and organized approach to your work and be eager to develop both personal and team skills.
To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:
- Solid experience in Layout coordination or 3D design.
- An educational background in structural, mechanical, marine engineering, or production technology/technical design.
- Preferably experience in a leadership role, balancing technical expertise with people development.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A dedicated team player who enjoy building long-term relations.
