Join our Energy Intensive Industries team as our new Student Assistant and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future.</p><p><strong>Your new role</strong></p><p>We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented student to join our team as a Student Assistant. This role offers an excellent opportunity for hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, providing support to professionals in the energy-intensive industry department. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and resourceful individual with a passion for the energy sector, decarbonization and a commitment to contributing to innovative solutions.</p><p>Your key responsibilities will be:</p><p>1: Administrative Support:</p><ul><li>Assist with administrative tasks, including document preparation, data entry, and coordination of meetings.</li><li>Maintain organized records and databases related to industry projects and initiatives.</li></ul><p>2: Communication:</p><ul><li>Draft and edit internal and external communications, including reports, presentations, and correspondence.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to effectively communicate project updates and findings.</li></ul><p>3: Tender Assistance:</p><ul><li>Provide support for ongoing tenders by coordinating activities and tracking progress.</li><li>Assist in the development and implementation of tender plans.</li></ul><p>4: Technology and Tools:</p><ul><li>Utilize relevant software tools for data analysis, project management, and communication.</li></ul><p><strong>Your new team</strong></p><p>You will be part of Energy Intensive Industries team, where we support our clients on their journey to decarbonize and become more sustainable. The market for Energy Intensive Industries is new and growing. As a Student Assistant you will be setting the focus on Administrative Support.</p><p>We work on sustainable and innovative industrial initiatives and is backed by the divisions roughly 500 strong engineering team in EPCM delivery, process, automation, electrical, mechanical, and structural. The team has a European reach, working on local as well as international projects and coordination with our colleagues in the different regions is of high importance.</p><p><strong>About you </strong></p><p>From the moment you start at Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you can continue to grow with the company.
