This is an exceptional opportunity to be at the forefront of developing and implementing critical infrastructure for offshore wind farm substations across Europe, Asia, and the USA.
Your position
As a member of our dedicated Product Line Team, you will lead the development and implementation of protection systems for offshore wind farm substations. You will collaborate with international teams, playing a key role in tender projects that are crucial for our continued growth and success in the renewable energy sector.

This full-time position is based in Esbjerg, Copenhagen, or Gdynia, with an expectation of 10-30 travel days per year.

Your profile & qualifications
We are seeking a professional with a robust background in electrical engineering, particularly in protection and control systems. Your experience in the utility sector or offshore wind industries will be highly beneficial. You should be adept at managing cross-system interfaces, enjoy teamwork and have excellent communication skills in English.

Your tasks & responsibilities
As a Senior Solutions Engineer for Protection & Control, you'll contribute to the development, implementation, and upkeep of our product offerings.
Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Design and develop protection system strategies and solutions that meet both current and future market demands.
- Review and approve detailed protection design documents, including IEC61850 design and protection system schematics.
- Collaborate with the Tender team to ensure customer requirements are met within our modular architecture.
- Stay updated on market trends to guide strategic direction and product enhancements.
- Coordinate with Procurement to manage supply chains and optimize costs.
- Lead the execution teams, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency in all project phases.
- Supporting and adhering to health, safety, and environmental standards, in all activities
