In your new position as Onsite Support Specialist in the IT division, you will be a valuable member of the dedicated IT Support Team, whose mission is to ensure seamless IT operations and user satisfaction. Your tasks & responsibilities
As an Onsite Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality IT support to end-users.
Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Providing efficient and professional technical support to end-users, both in-person and virtually.
- Troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues quickly and effectively.
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software according to company standards.
- Documenting issues and solutions in our ITSM system to improve knowledge sharing and efficiency.
- Assisting users with guidance and training on IT equipment and software.
- Setting up and decommissioning IT hardware.
Your profile & qualifications
We are looking for an outgoing and service-oriented IT professional who is passionate about IT support and eager to make a difference. You have a proactive and structured approach to your work and are keen to improve IT processes and user experiences.
To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of endpoint management, including laptops and mobile devices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both towards end-users and within a global IT department.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently.
- A relevant IT education. ITIL and technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are an advantage.
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
