For Muehlhan Wind Service (MWS) we are currently looking for an experienced Quality advisor, based in Fredericia, to ensure development, execution and follow up of the daily quality tasks.

Muehlhan Wind Service A/S is a full-scope contractor and supplier of specialized and "best-in-class" wind turbine technicians, as well as Installation- and Service solutions. Our expertise lies in the areas of; Mechanical Work, Paint- and Surface treatment, Blade Work, Electrical and High Voltage Work, as well as HSE/QA consulting.

Via Muehlhan Group, we can operate on a global scale, with country specific knowledge and local content.

THE ORGANIZATION

The position is new in the organization and you will join a department of approximately 6 employees. You will refer to the Head of Operational QHSE. The position is based in Fredericia, however regular visits to our project sites is to be expected.

MAIN TASKS

You will be part of the QHSE team. In addition, you will be supporting the development and execution of the quality plans for projects as well as being an important player in shaping the future quality process in Muehlhan Wind Service.

Primary tasks:

  • Preparation of quality plans for projects
  • Prepare and develop quality documentation for projects
  • Participation in the tender phase
  • Develop a robust collaborative culture with both internal and external quality partners
  • Ensure a high and professional level of quality support both internally in Muehlhan and towards partners
  • Proactively identify the quality risks and challenges in the projects face.
  • Ensure that quality processes and guidelines etc. are being developed and complied with.
  • Participate in and carry out both internal and external audits, etc. on the projects.
  • Participation in investigations of quality incidents, including reporting
  • Attend kick-off meetings both with customers and internally
  • Responsible for the non-conformance workflow
  • Ensure that Lessons learned are held on the projects
  • Create statistics and analysis work based upon non-conformance reports
  • Preparation of procedure and work instructions
  • Training and education of colleagues in the use of internal tools
  • Ad hoc tasks

THE CANDIDATE

You have experience from a similar position, and you have solid experience from the wind(-service) industry. You are comfortable reading and understanding technical specifications as well as standards.

You are analytically strong, has a problem solving mindset and you are an excellent communicator.

You thrive in an independent role, where quick decisions are often made.

You have a positive attitude towards people. Furthermore, you are robust, calm and balanced.

EDUCATION

There are several approaches to the job, the most important is that you have the desired experience, knowledge and understanding of Quality work.

TRAVEL ACTIVITY

Approx. 25-30 days a year

LAUNGUAGE

Fluent in Danish and English both orally and in writing

IT

Excellent computer skills in the use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

PLACE OF RECIDENSE

You live within 1 hours drive from Fredericia.
