Do you want to be part of a strong digitization and omnichannel team and contribute to the development of E-commerce, CRM and IoT to secure DLG Group as the farmer's preferred partner? Now may be your chance!
We are an agile team with good partners and have been able to deliver good results over several years. Even though DLG Group is a complex business, we keep an eye on the customer, and in recent years DLG have won both the Ecommerce Award (B2B 2019) and the Danish Digital Award (Mobile 2018), but our ambitions to facilitate the farmer's daily life are far from fulfilled.
We have ambitions to move significantly in the coming years both in Denmark and Germany, and for this journey we need strong colleagues to deliver on becoming a unique omnichannel platform.

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 incl. CRM
- Azure IoT and other services
- Sitecore CMS and EXM
- iOS / Android
- Integration to SAP PO and SAP CRM
Our expectations
- You are analytical and self-motivating by nature with the ability to take the lead. You have good communication skills which you demonstrate in dialogues with both business and technical colleagues.
- You are certified in CRM Microsoft Dynamics 365 or/and have 2+ years of relevant digital experience working “hands on” with CRM Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Experience with managing and implementing IT projects within CRM, web and/or marketing automation
- A proven record of translating web analytics and user data into process and product changes that can increase sales further
- A conceptual and technical understanding of data modelling, service-oriented and layered architectures, and complex technical solutions in general
- You have worked with agile methods of e.g. Scrum and/or Kanban
- We expect you to be fluent in written and spoken English. Solid Danish and/or German skills is an advantage
In this position you will have the possibility to work from our offices in Copenhagen or Fredericia.
