The Vilofoss Group is growing and therefore we are looking for a Commercial Excellence Manager(m/f) for a newly established role based in Fredericia, Denmark.

As Commercial Excellence Manager, you will provide operational, analytical support and training to our international commercial organization and ensure the development, alignment and delivery of Commercial Excellence processes. Moreover, you are responsible for:

  • Defining and supporting the implementation of commercial excellence improvement programs; value creation, value capture and new business development programs.
  • Providing data, analysis, and reports to develop metrics and KPI’s that answers business questions.
  • Giving actionable insights to drive business decisions based on data
  • Collaborates with the various country management teams and relevant functions on projects
  • Monitoring the progress and taking an active role in the implementation of systems, projects and measures to achieve strategic goals.
  • Ensure availability of high-quality management tools for tracking of performance (KPIs and dashboards)
  • Contributes to the central and local collaboration and interdependencies and ways of working
  • Ensure the effective management of process change management, integrity of data, reporting and education.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepares or supports the business metrics and KPIs to analyse business performance
  • Evaluates the quarterly New Business Development delivery
  • Designs data visualizations to communicate ideas to management and company leaders
  • Understands, identifies, and implements the overall business vision for project work, keeping in mind cross-functional impacts and integration across systems.
  • Works independently as well as collaborate with internal customers
  • Synthesize findings, develop and discuss recommendations with the sales and leadership teams
  • Build capabilities within the sales organization through leading workshops, trainings and coaching
  • Act as a change agent to drive business improvement within the commercial excellence organization
  • Performs ad-hoc analysis and reports

QUALIFICATION:

  • Graduate university degree – preferably in business/scientific-related disciplines.
  • Skills in sales (management) training and coaching
  • At least 3-5 years of previous experience is preferred
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Willingness to travel regularly
  • Skills in sales (management) and sales coaching would be an advantage
  • Fluent in English language, written and spoken
