As a Digital Innovation Partner at DEAS Group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by working at the intersection of real estate, innovation, and strategy. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around creating and conceptualizing new products and services, innovating business models, identifying and fostering strategic partnerships, and crafting new operating models.

- Innovation Strategy: Develop and execute innovative strategies that align with DEAS Group's vision and goals, driving digital transformation within the organization.
- Product and Service Development: Lead the ideation, development, and launch of innovative digital products and services that cater to the evolving needs of our clients and partners.
- Business Model Innovation: Identify opportunities to innovate and optimize existing business models while exploring new revenue streams and growth avenues.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with external stakeholders, startups, and industry leaders to form strategic partnerships that enhance DEAS Group's offerings and market presence.
- Operating Model Transformation: Drive the transformation of operating models, processes, and workflows to maximize efficiency, agility, and customer-centricity.
- Business Case Development: Create comprehensive business cases to evaluate the viability and potential impact of innovation initiatives, presenting findings to key stakeholders.
- Intrapreneurship: Cultivate an intrapreneurial culture within DEAS Group, encouraging innovative thinking and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Activites:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams within DEAS Group to identify strategic opportunities for digital innovation.
- Utilize your strategy and management consultancy experience to develop and execute high-impact digital strategies.
- Lead the ideation, design, and implementation of innovative digital solutions that align with DEAS Group's long-term vision.
- Analyze industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to inform our innovation roadmap.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment with our digital strategy.
- Evaluate and pilot new technologies and tools with a strong emphasis on digital literacy.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation within our organization.
- Apply highly commercial and strategic thinking to create innovative revenue streams.
- Utilize strong data processing skills to extract valuable insights and inform decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Management, Digital Innovation, Entrepreneurship).
- Prior experience in strategy and management consultancy roles is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills to assess complex business challenges and opportunities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record of turning innovation into strategic advantage.
- Exceptional collaborative and stakeholder management skills.
- Digital literacy is crucial, and experience with emerging technologies is a plus.
- Ability to think strategically, process data, and translate strategies into actionable plans.
- Fluency in written Danish and English is a must.
