The Position
As an IT Compliance Lead, you would be responsible for IT security and compliance for multiple systems. You will make sure that all compliance activities are carried out timely. And you will help us fulfil the potential of service now regarding Life cycle management (LCM) and incident setup.

Qualifications
It is crucial that you have the necessary motivation, mindset, and relevant work experience from a complex working environment. Practical experience in IT and/or automation is more important than a formal education. As a result, we anticipate that you will have relevant technical education as well as similar experience/knowledge in the following fields:
As a person you are structured and a good team player. The ability to complete your tasks is a natural part of your skillset. You have a strong analytical and quality mindset and are known for establishing good relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels within an organization.

Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD) is part of Novo Nordisk Product Supply, which is a global production network at the forefront of technology and quality production of pharmaceutical products. In BRD we are not only supplying all Novo Nordisk products for Rare Diseases, but also using our competences in Biotech to support the growing efforts into completely new production platforms and therapy areas for Novo Nordisk. The Position
As an IT Compliance Lead, you would be responsible for IT security and compliance for multiple systems. You will make sure that all compliance activities are carried out timely. And you will help us fulfil the potential of service now regarding Life cycle management (LCM) and incident setup.
Key tasks would include
- Responsibility for planning and running LCM activities and incident management by using the full potential of ServiceNow
- Manage both compliance projects and small IT projects
- Ensuring that all compliance tasks are carried out
- IT responsibility for computerized equipment
- Establish and maintain SLA with vendors that supports our IT systems
- Preparing the department to be inspection ready
Qualifications
It is crucial that you have the necessary motivation, mindset, and relevant work experience from a complex working environment.
