The position
As a Senior Project Manager in the Utility team, you will play a key role in the successful implementation of a new technology standard of an Aseptic Filling Facility. This standard will be copied and build at several Novo Nordisk filling facilities within the process tracks in the Aseptic Production (AP) Expansion programme.
Your responsibility will be to drive projects within your designated area of Clean Utility (PTW, WFI, CS, CIP100, etc.), to secure the overall project goals of delivering a world class solution in a time frame that challenges the traditional approach. This requires engaging with the Work Package Owners (WPO), Subject Matter Experts (SME), international stakeholders and harvesting the inherent experiences of the company and combining the input with state-of-the-art aseptic production technology. In addition to drive the projects within your designated area, the role also includes responsibility as Operation Responsible in the project scope.

You will be joining AP Expansion, which stands for expansions of Aseptic Production. The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approximately 20,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 50,000 employees.
AP Expansion is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and built all new aseptic filling capacity across Novo Nordisk to serve needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our aseptic production facilities with the use of modern technology, as we are setting the standards for the aseptic production of the future. Facilities designed today which we will still be proud of 20 years from now. AP Expansions has a clearly global approach, where you will be working with multiple sites and cultures across the world.

The position

The key tasks will include:
- Project management of tasks within your work package including design solution which is integrated with the production processes, building and utilities with focus on adherence to the aseptic standards
- Cooperation with our global engineering partner to secure deliverables according to local aseptic standards and authority requirements within design and implementation of equipment
- Strong collaboration with Work Package Owners to ensure that the utility team has the necessary and competent resources to handle the tasks
- Plan and participate in global workshops and supervision, as well as support in connection with FAT, SAT, and commissioning
- In collaboration with the procurement department, take overall responsibility for the contract with the supplier of clean utility equipment and control
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you need to have:
- Academic degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Science or another related field
- +8 years of experience within the area design, maintenance, and validation of Clean Utility; GMP environment is preferred
- Familiar with the SRV validation concept
- Great communication skills with the ability to build relations with stakeholders
- An excellent command of verbal and written English; command of Danish, French or Chinese in addition is a plus as some travel to China, USA and within Europe is required
