The position

As Training Supporter you will drive learning activities to ensure the most effective onboarding process and compliant training to trainees and employees. Especially our digital educational content is in a transformative process, which gives you the opportunity to develop engaging and interactive learning experiences that improve the current training set-up.

Your tasks & responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively drive and anchor training related improvement projects
  • Design and develop training solutions
  • Drive trainee knowledge sharing
  • Administrative tasks within training e.g., assignment/de-assignment of training, review of changes within training and draw reports
  • Investigating how new technology e.g., how app’s, animation and video can help improve the future training set up

Qualifications

To succeed in the position, you have:

  • An academic degree within learning and development, digital learning or similar
  • +2 years of experience with Project Management
  • +2 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry and Good Manufacturing Practise (GMP)
  • Knowledge about learning technologies, content development and digital savvy as user of it-systems and multimedia software
  • Able to deal with a large amount of content and divide it into smaller parts to create learning journeys
  • Full professional proficiency in Danish & English

Also, you have a talent for building relationships with a variety of stakeholders. Stakeholder management and understanding business needs is key to succeed in this position. You are committed and engaged, and capable of doing both strategic and ‘bread-and-butter’ work in complex environments. You like to work structured, but you can also adapt to the practises you engage with in a flexible way.

As a person, you are ambitious with a high level of energy and a positive and pragmatic mindset, creating solutions that make a difference on shop floor. The ability to take the lead and motivate others to reach shared goals are important to you. You are a team player and will focus on developing and sharing best practices – and at the same time know how to drive a process on your own.

About the department
Our team is part of the BRD Finished Products Gentofte and Vaarloese area that is the production site situated close to Copenhagen. Here we are app. 620 colleagues who take responsibility for transforming Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients into the finished product that patients can use all over the world. We are producing at full speed on existing lines while building and ramping up new state of the art facilities. Our complex processes require a high level of expertise, commitment, and engagement from our employees and include formulation, filling, freeze-drying, product inspection, assembly and pack. We bring value to patients by delivering high-quality Good Manufacturing Process (GMP) compliant products in a timely and cost-efficient manner. We drive change by working actively with LEAN and always looking for improvements within our processes, but also in the way we work together to make our products reach as many patients as possible.
