The position
You will be part of ensuring successful project execution of investment projects in our area. Your main responsibilities will include: Management of the process part of a multimillion DKK construction/process project, including all activities starting with design and ending with final operational approval of an isolator filling line and fully automated inspection line including all interfacing process operations Installation and qualification of the new fully automated isolator filling line and inspection line equipment’s in BRD Finished Products Future expansion projects within our API areas and our Assembly/Packaging areas Be part of a small, enthusiastic, and committed project team that works closely with each other ensuring that building, utilities, and process interface works perfectly together Work in close collaboration with our equipment vendors in a science and risk-based validation setup and with product and process specialists from Manufacturing Development
Qualifications
You will be a great asset to our team because you have: Solid experience in project management from a highly regulated environment, preferably within production/ manufacturing Solid experience in managing a large variety of stakeholders such as: steering committees, project team, senior leaders, and specialists Curiosity and interest in industry 4.0 technology (automation and robotics) and driving the innovation agenda within manufacturing / production Experience as a work package owner and/or lead process engineer for several other relevant projects and vendor supervision Professional proficiency in English and a relevant academic degree

Your ability to build relations with stakeholders cross functionally is seen as a strength and you possess excellent communication skills to drive deliverables when working individually and working as a team. You will be part of BRD Project Execution team in the Digital & Projects department within our Manufacturing Development area. The main responsibility for the team is to lead investment projects across Product Supply BRD in Denmark and we are focused on expanding our investments in facilities and equipment. BRD Digital & Projects is part of BRD Manufacturing Development & Quality Control that has its base in Denmark. What other companies call Manufacturing Science & Analytical Technology (MSAT) we call Manufacturing Development. We are app. 460 colleagues who are the end-to-end station for product and process development for all BRD production facilities, driving innovation both when it comes to industry 4.0 technology and expansion of the product portfolio.
