The position
You will be dedicated to a business area where you will lead and deliver on the HR agenda supporting the strategic business deliverables of your area.
Your key responsibilities will be to advice, support and collaborate with stakeholders within and outside the business area on varying HR related matters such as:
• Organizational development and effectiveness
• Culture and engagement
• Change management
• Talent management & development
• Workforce management
You will play an essential role in continuously reviewing, assessing, and developing the organization to contribute to organisational cooperation, sense of cohesiveness and business outcome.
Besides your role in line of business, you will also be responsible for driving strategic projects across the broader organisation and will be supporting People & Organisation (P&O) initiatives across the P&O community.
Qualifications
As an HR Business Partner, you combine your strong skills in analysing organisation and team dynamics with a deep business understanding and an ability to think strategically. This enables you to translate business strategy and local needs into HR actions, based on a thorough understanding of the challenges. You ensure strong to strategy implementation and look for workarounds when running into roadblocks.
You have hands-on knowledge of change management and organisational development. You have experience from a large, international, and culturally diverse organisation in actively driving forward an inclusive and performance-oriented culture.
You will be a great asset to our team because you have:
• Extensive experience in driving HR processes
• High personal integrity, which allows you to offer your perspective respectfully
• Strong and pragmatic drive that helps you drive things forward
• Extensive experience as HR Business Partner and trusted advisor and/or experience in management consulting
• A relevant academic degree and full professional proficiency in English

About the department
You will be part of the People & Organisation (P&O) Business Partnering team consisting of 10 HR Business Partners supporting all HR processes across Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD). Together, we are responsible for developing our organisation and employees to meet current and future needs.
As HR Business Partner you will be working closely with another HR Business Partner colleague in our production area Finished Products in Gentofte & Kirke Værløse. The area consists of several production sites in Gentofte & Kirke Værløse. Here we are app. 700 colleagues who take responsibility for transforming Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients into the finished product that patients can use all over the world.
