The Position
As Team Leadership Specialist you will be responsible for timely planning and proper execution with focus on strengthening and develop sublime and high performing leadership in the project and the future state production organization acting as a leadership development partner to Project & Line Management. Among your main tasks, you will:
• Ensure successful organizational and individual development
• Manage the overall manning overview and facilitation of hiring initiatives
• Gather and apply best practices from prior projects and consider broad cross-portfolio/functional requirements and implications
• Give constructive support, coach and challenge management teams
• Support development of LEAN and agile leadership mindset Moreover, you will explore and improve organizational effectiveness to continuously improve its structure. This will lead the team to develop and challenge new ways of working in the project to ensure first class execution.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you:
• hold a Master´s degree either Business or Life Sciences related
• have minimum 10 years of experience within leadership development, project leadership, HR roles or other relevant positions
• have experience from larger cross functional projects with high complexity in an international environment incl. Leadership-, organisation- and team development
• are fully proficient in English both written and spoken
Previous experiences within the pharmaceutical industry will be seen as advantage. As a person, you are working independently, you thrive driving initiatives and have a forward-thinking outlook; nonetheless you also enjoy collaborating, learning and sharing information with others.
